Christian Manansala is the Chief Executive Officer.
His interest in learning management and instructional design inspired him to design academic programs in STEM and Wildlife Education for educational institutions in the U.S., China, and the Philippines. He taught secondary mathematics for Virginia and California public schools for almost two decades; and was one of the pillars of the Filipino Language Program which is now an approved elective course offered at Stanford, UC Berkeley, and selected public schools in California. Because of his effort, he received honors from the State; and from United States Representative George Miller.
Chris earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of the Philippines and has a Masters degree in Educational Technology from Touro University of California. He, additionally, received a degree in digital media from Duke University and has a certification of renewable and sustainable energy from North Carolina State University.
Jim Tuscano is a Member of the TagPros Children Board of Trustees.
He is a leading EdTech advocate and a driving force in developing webinars for the professional development and accreditation of teachers in the Philippines for online and technology-enabled learning.
Jim was cited as the best K-12 teacher at the EdTech Advocate Awards, a finalist the Global Teacher Prize, founded the Kids Can Innovation camp, and former member of the Asia Pacific Board of Apple Distinguished Educators (ADE). He is also a consultant to various educational institutions and organizations in the Philippines and hosts empowerED Podcast.
He is currently pursuing his Masters degree at the University of the Philippines Open University and took his professional teaching certificate at the Ateneo de Manila University.
Alberto Garde Jr., MBA
Jo is the Chairman of Tagpros Children.
He brings with him over 30 years of brand building and general management experience with leading global FMCG companies handling household brands like Oreo cookies, Tang beverages, Kraft cheeses and Sunkist.
Jo received his degree in Economics from Ateneo de Manila University and has a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore School of Business.
Arturo Lasala, BSBA
Art Lasala is the Treasurer.
Art has more than 35 years of experience across multiple industries from banking, transportation, merchandising and recruitment.
He has a degree in Accountancy from Philippine School of Business Administration and is working on his MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Santo Tomas.
Cristina Palabrica, MLS
Tina Palabrica is the Secretary.
Having worked in the administrative capacity for two decades, her work centered on improving working conditions and overall management support. Organizational skills were honed from her early years of working in an academic library and organizing many other private collections.
She finished both her undergraduate and graduate studies in Library & Information Studies from the University of the Philippines where she is presently connected.
Maria Kristina Rañada, MBA
Kristy Rañada is the Senior Technology Officer.
She has worked as an actuarial analyst, associate and assistant. Additionally, she has worked as a Risk Management Assistant. Kristy is a certified Entry-Level Python Programmer and a Professional Scrum Master I and Professional Scrum Master II.
Kristy earned her bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Santo Tomas and has an MBA from the University of the Philippines.
Adolph Santi Buenviaje
Santi Buenviaje is the Digital and Design Coordinator for Tagpros Children.
He graduated with a Bachelor in Fine Arts in Industrial Design at the University of the Philippines, Diliman.
Joselle Salvador, M.Ed.
Joselle Salvador is a Tagpros Children teacher pioneer.
Joselle is an educator who works at the intersection of creativity, learning, and media, intersecting visual/ new media literacy skills and merging creativity with new media technology in the classroom. She is a certified Apple Teacher and a Seesaw Ambassador.
She has a degree in Education and has a Master of Arts in educational psychology from the University of the Philippines.
Luis Pelea is a Tagpros Children teacher pioneer.
His passion is integrating technology into education, so as to equip learners with 21st century skills. He is an Apple certified teacher, a Google certified educator, Seesaw Ambassador, and EdPuzzle certified coach.
He is currently completing his master’s degree at the Ateneo de Manila University.
Dominic Sales is a Tagpros Children teacher pioneer.
He is passionate about robotics and is skilled at educational tools, mobile app design, website programming and 3D design, a speaker at the FIT conference, Edutech Asia and World education week. He is also an Apple Certified Teacher and a Google Certified Educator Level 1 and 2.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Cagayan State University and has a Masters degree in Information Technology
Nico Fos is a Tagpros Children teacher pioneer
He has a passion for advocating literacy and technology and is a leading curriculum writer and digital learning consultant in Filipino language and literature. He is an Apple Learning Leader, an edtech coach and regularly conducts training and workshops on seamless integration of technology in the curriculum.
He has a degree in English from Jose Rizal University and is a teacher fellow at Teach for the Philippines.
John Paul Viernes

He is an Edtech Leader and an ICT advocate who is passionate about integrating real-life projects to help students learn better with the aid of technology tools. He is also a Certified NEAP Learning Facilitator and a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert-Master Trainer and was awarded as Edtech Coach of the Year by EduTech Asia He is currently the Education Program Supervisor for Department of Education, Laoag City.
He has a Bachelor's degree in Biology and a Master of Arts in Education Major in Biology from Mariano Marcos State University.
Joyce Zerda is a Tagpros Children teacher pioneer
She is an educator, music coach, and tech integrator and her love for the creative arts and technology tools enables her to guide and empower her students in creating digital projects in her classes.
She is currently an assistant administrator, tech integrator, and arts program director at M. Zed Christian School. She's also an Apple Professional Learning Provider, an Apple Teacher, and an Apple Distinguished Educator.
She has a bachelor's degree in Music in Music Teacher Education from Siliman University and a Masters of Education in Innovation in Education from University of South Wales.
Lea Abarentos is a Tagpros Children teacher pioneer
She is an experienced web design and development instructor, an e-learning specialist and a freelance web/LMS developer and serves as a Project Manager for the Digital Technology Office of DLS-College of Saint Benilde. She’s an Apple Distinguished Educator and a Google Certified Educator Level 1 and 2. She’s also the project lead of inclusive projects such as Coding Club of the Benilde Deaf School and iLeadph.org (Innovative Learning Experiences Across Disabilities).
She has an Education degree majoring in Computer Technology and holds a master's degree in International Business.

She puts a premium in Filipino literacy through the lens of Culture based Literacy and 21st Century Learning. Her field of expertise ranges from curriculum design and development, module design, teacher training, and classroom instruction. She is a volunteer teacher, resource speaker, and curriculum consultant in different local yet reliable institutions.
She took her MA in Philippine Studies at the University of the Philippines, Diliman. Her thesis grounded her advocacy in women's health and gender studies.
